IT Technician at Behavioral Center of Michigan – Warren, Michigan

The Behavioral Center of Michigan, an accredited psychiatric hospital providing high levels of psychiatric care to adult patients and committed to person focused care is looking for an IT Technician to provide day to day technical support to remote and local users, supporting hardware, software, and networking on Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.

Qualified candidates must have industry certification or an Associates of Applied Science-Information Systems or equivalent, demonstrated experience and proficiency in diagnosing and correcting issues with networking, hardware or software variety and experience using various platforms including Apple, Microsoft and Android. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently and as a team player. Experience working with clinical applications is a plus.
