Mimi's Café is looking for a Busser who can work well in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during our busiest times of the day. The Busser will be responsible for clearing tables, dish wash, as soon as guests leave the restaurant, keep cleanliness of dining rooms, restrooms, parking lot ,and floors. They must be able to work at a fast pace to make sure that there are always clean plates and flatware for each table. ?We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
