The Quick Lube Technician position represents an entry-level opportunity for individuals responsible for executing essential maintenance tasks on customer vehicles. This role necessitates exceptional teamwork and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks on complex assignments.
Conducting oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing. Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks. Accurately completing the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle serviced. Applying product knowledge and technical training assigned by both the manufacturer and management. Ensuring that customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or improved from the time they were received. Engaging in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and educational opportunities. Actively pursuing knowledge of new technologies and industry practices.
Preferred qualifications and requirements: include certifications from an automotive technical school, prior experience in a similar role, and completion of an apprenticeship program. Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. The minimum age requirement for this position is eighteen years. A valid driver's license is mandatory, as well as possession of basic tools. Candidates must also pass pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug testing.
