Job Description: Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee process improvement and workflow in both the front office and back office of our medical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing direct reports, including medical assistants and front office associates. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize processes in the front office and back office to ensure efficient operations

- Manage and provide guidance to medical assistants and front office associates

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care delivery

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Handle administrative tasks related to clinic operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a medical office setting

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in using EClinical Works software is a plus
