About This Position
As an Online Chat Representative at KMP Corp, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat by providing real-time support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who prefer online communication, helping them with everything from product inquiries to technical support. Your goal will be to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience by offering prompt, clear, and effective solutions.
In this role, you will handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring that each customer receives the attention they need. You will assist with troubleshooting, order management, product recommendations, and any other concerns the customer may have. Additionally, you will document each interaction in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all issues are tracked and followed up on when necessary.
