Join our Veterinary Hospital Manager in Training program and launch your career with a network of veterinary hospitals across the Twin Cities Metro Area. We're looking for motivated individuals to become the next generation of hospital leaders.

About the Role:
Our training program is designed to prepare you for a leadership position within one of our veterinary hospitals. As a Manager in Training, You'll rotate through various departments and work closely with hospital managers and regional leaders to learn every aspect of veterinary operations and team management.

What You'll Gain:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn hospital operations including client service, team scheduling, inventory, and compliance
  • Assist in managing financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute to building strong hospital culture and team engagement
  • Participate in training initiatives, workshops, and development plans
  • Travel to various hospitals across the Twin Cities to gain broad experience and insight

Who You Are:

  • A natural leader with a passion for veterinary care and client service
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
  • Experienced in veterinary, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person
  • Willing and able to travel across The Twin Cities Metro Area and relocate for final placement if needed
