This is a fulltime, in office position - no remote work.

POSITION SUMMARY

Main role in this position is to provide customer service to the borrower from the beginning to the end of the loan term. The job involves reviewing, and submitting loan documents to ensure that the documents meet the conditions of closing and are in compliance with closing guidelines, policies, and procedures. Coordinates the closing schedule with the title company and provides a settlement document for review and approval.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Education /Background:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing and accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of job experience & education, preferred.
