Unit Secretary

The Unit Secretary is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Nursing Supervisor, the Unit Secretary is responsible for all secretarial and clerical duties that directly affect the daily operations of assigned unit. This is a highly visible position for patients, visitors, staff and physicians. Will be accountable to the Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor or designer

Qualifications

  • High school graduate.
  • Secretarial school or previous related experience.
