Physical Therapist (Neuro) Outpatient | Full-Time

Join Our Growing Neuro Rehabilitation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (Neuro) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Westford, Massachusetts. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and mobility
  • Deliver evidence-based neuro rehab interventions for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, nurses, and therapists
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery goals, and prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and service excellence
  • Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
  • Experience
  • 3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Experience with neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, MS, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations is a plus
  • Licensure & Certification
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required
  • BLS certification required within 4 months of hire
  • Core Skills & Competencies
  • Strong clinical expertise in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient caseload
  • Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes-driven treatment
