Romex Pest Control is seeking Customer Success Representatives to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Full-time, in-office position

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Build trust with customers and resolve concerns or service requests
• Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of interactions and process accounts
• Clear daily alerts by end of day
• Assist with account audits as needed
• Support the Billing team with monthly collection calls
• Process Tech Out requests
• Resolve escalated calls
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fun, supportive environment

• Phone experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• FieldRoutes experience is a PLUS
• Spanish-speaking ability is a PLUS

• Competitive pay: $17 to $20 per hour DOE plus commission
