What You’ll Do

As an MSICU RN, you’ll be on the front lines of critical care—coordinating complex treatment plans, advocating for patients and families, and working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver life-saving care. You’ll have the chance to grow as a leader while making a meaningful difference every shift.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NC (or compact license); BSN preferred
• 2+ years of progressive acute care or ICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and support both patients and colleagues
