What You’ll Do
- Design and execute branch-level growth strategies in partnership with Regional and Firm Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid-level team members, cultivating future leaders for Bohler
- Oversee quality assurance practices and operational workflows to ensure consistent, high-impact project delivery
- Drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm’s presence in the local market
- Manage branch financial performance, operations, and resource planning

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of land development and permitting experience across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Professional licensure (PE, LSA, or PLS) preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and achieving key performance metrics
- Proven client development expertise and local industry connections
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational leadership skills
