Position Summary:
The Oregon Golf Club is seeking a skilled and dependable AM Cook to join our culinary team. This position focuses on preparing and executing breakfast and lunch service for our members, guests, and private events. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast and lunch service according to club standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and prep areas.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards.
• Assist with daily prep, production, and occasional event support as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience; breakfast or high-volume experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) preferred, Oregon health card required.
• Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $20-$24
