Position Overview:
The Project Accountant will be responsible for managing financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the CFO and CEO on financial reporting and project accounting.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably in construction or a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
