Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately.
• Check that dishes are properly plated and complete before serving.
• Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest questions about menu items and address immediate
concerns.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
• Remove used plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently; reset tables for new
guests.
• Sweep floors, wipe tables, and ensure the dining room remains neat and
inviting.

Requirements:
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time,
and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
