Registered Nurse - Circulating OR - Per Diem at SurgiCare of Oradell, LLC – Oradell, New Jersey

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Circulating OR Nurses to join our team. As a Circulating OR Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures. You will work closely with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be critical to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Circulating OR Nurse
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNOR certification
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Experience in an ambulatory surgery center

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures
• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained

Skills:

As a Circulating OR Nurse, you will utilize your strong clinical skills and attention to detail to ensure the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures. You will work closely with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained. Your ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with electronic medical records and knowledge of ambulatory surgery center procedures will be beneficial.
