JOB SUMMARY

Become a vital part of the Big Chicken team as a Shift Supervisor, helping ensure our restaurant runs smoothly during your shifts while working on base and serving those who serve our country. We’re looking for a passionate, hospitality-centered individual with strong leadership abilities and a customer-focused approach. If you can effectively coordinate and motivate a team to provide outstanding service, this role is for you!

BIG Responsibilities

  • Promote excellent customer service by coaching and demonstrating positive interactions.
  • Handle customer concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean and inviting.
  • Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to oversee food preparation and service during busy times.
  • Track inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
  • Help train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Lead and inspire the front and back of house team memebers during shifts.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members to achieve performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a supervisory or shift management role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this role is:
21 - 21.50 USD per hour(2850 Robertson Street. )
