About the role
- Customer service representatives are required to assist in day to day operations in the front office. These representatives are responsible for first point of customer contact via telephones and day to day office duties.
What you'll do
- Answer phones
- Data Entry
- Unwrap and wrap packages
- Clean office area
- Assist Department Managers in answering technical questions
- Organizing documents and maintain case lists
Qualifications
- Previous dental experience is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Friendly, can do attitude
- Dependable
- Professional appearance
The pay range for this role is:
18 - 25 USD per hour(Assured Dental Lab)
