Polysomnographic Technician - Registered in Warner Robins, Georgia at Houston Healthcare

A Registered Polysomnographic Technician performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of the clinical director or designee. A Registered Polysomnographic Technician can provide supervision to Polysomnographic Trainee and/or Polysomnographic Tech.

Completed or currently enrolled in polysomnographic program with less than one (1) year till completion. A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Polysomnographic Trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies or RRT with 1 year experience in sleep studies. Current AHA BLS certification. Registered with the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) by BRBT or obtained within one (1) year of hire. Must demonstrate effective written and spoken communication skills, appropriate social skills, and the ability to follow directions. Must possess good spelling skills. Must be able to work independently.

Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
