About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Nurse Manager II – Operating Room (OR) to lead perioperative services in a fast-paced acute care hospital. This role requires strong Operating Room leadership experience and the ability to drive high-quality patient care, team performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Operating Room and ensure patient safety
• Manage, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, Nursing Practice Act)
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage departmental performance, workflows, and operations
• Support strategic planning and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Oregon RN License
• Strong Operating Room (OR) leadership experience (required)
• 5+ years of patient care experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
