What You’ll Do

• Assist customers (in-person & over the phone) with parts inquiries and purchases
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to increase sales
• Recommend the right parts and solutions based on customer needs
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to support internal customers
• Track and follow up on orders, quotes, and customer requests
• Maintain organized inventory awareness and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive is a plus, not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
