Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Interoperability

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Interoperability in United States.

In this role, you will help shape the future of healthcare data exchange by driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a critical interoperability platform. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable capabilities that enable secure, reliable, and high-value data connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem. This position requires strong product leadership in complex, platform-driven environments where technical depth, strategic thinking, and customer empathy are essential. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand interoperability value, translating them into actionable product requirements, and ensuring delivery through cross-functional collaboration. Operating in a fast-evolving regulatory and technical landscape, you will balance long-term platform vision with near-term execution. This is a high-impact role contributing directly to how healthcare data is connected and used to improve outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and drive product strategy for interoperability capabilities, ensuring alignment with platform goals and organizational priorities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities that expand the value and scalability of healthcare data exchange.
  • Translate complex customer, partner, and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, and cross-functional product teams to deliver platform enhancements.
  • Navigate evolving interoperability standards, regulatory requirements, and integration constraints to guide product direction.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, ideally in healthcare technology or platform products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability, including APIs, EHR integrations, and healthcare data exchange workflows.
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, or similar healthcare integration frameworks.
  • Experience building or scaling platform products and shared capabilities in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply on system design, APIs, and data models.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias toward execution and impact.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful trade-offs in evolving product landscapes.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives ($170,000 – $200,000 USD range)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness coverage
  • Retirement savings plan and financial security benefits
  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Learning and development opportunities, including training, mentoring, and educational resources
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact in healthcare.
