In this role, you will lead consultative, high-impact B2B sales across the Western US, focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with key decision-makers in residential real estate and multi-dwelling communities. You will operate in a fast-growing environment centered on delivering advanced connectivity and managed Wi-Fi solutions for modern residential developments. The position requires a strong hunter mindset, combining strategic relationship building with hands-on sales execution. You will engage directly with property owners, developers, and management groups to position tailored solutions that improve resident experience and operational efficiency. Success in this role comes from your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, build trust with senior stakeholders, and consistently close high-value deals. It is a highly autonomous role with significant revenue ownership and direct impact on regional growth.
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles across the Western US, focusing on residential developers, property owners, and management groups
- Generate new business through multiple channels including cold outreach, email campaigns, presentations, proposals, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building decision-makers and key stakeholders in the MDU and real estate ecosystem
- Lead consultative sales discussions and guide prospects through complex purchasing processes
- Identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and close high-value contracts that support regional expansion goals
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within internet services, telecommunications, or MDU-related industries
- Strong network and established relationships within the Western US residential real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Experience with financial modeling is a plus but not mandatory
- Technologically savvy, resourceful, and able to adapt to evolving sales environments
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90K to $110K
- Uncapped commission structure with total on-target earnings of $221K to $230K based on performance
