Landscape & Irrigation Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: From $17.00 per hour

Ability to Commute: Greenbrier, AR 72058 (Required)

Work Location: In Person

We are seeking a Landscape and Irrigation Technician who takes pride in hard work, operates equipment confidently, and values teamwork. This role is responsible for completing weekly landscape and irrigation services safely, efficiently, and professionally. Success in this position depends on these factors:

Technical Competencies

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Physically capable of performing outdoor labor.
• Solid knowledge of landscape and irrigation industry techniques and best practices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.

License / Certification

No certifications or licenses required, 2 wire irrigation experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on outdoor landscaping and irrigation tasks, including dirt work, retaining walls, planting, irrigation installation and repair, etc.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site.
• Plan ahead for route adjustments and communicate with clients as needed.
• Report to the Divisional Manager or Supervisor
• Operate and safely use company tools and equipment, to include company vehicles and machinery.
• Monitor and report Landscape and Irrigation needs.
• Safely complete jobs within assigned timeframes.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Weekends as needed
