RECEPTIONIST at KRW Lawyers – San Antonio, Texas

Immediate opening for a full-time receptionist at our San Antonio office. KRW Lawyers is looking for an outgoing self-starter to join our team answering our high call volume. Our Ideal Receptionist must be flexible, confident, and good natured. No two days are the same, so we require a hands-on professional with the ability to shift gears seamlessly. A “can-do” attitude and mindset are essential. • Strong skills in listening, communication, and empathy • Strong skills in attention to detail, dependability• Exceptional customer service skills • Knowledge of basic use and navigation of a computer (PC). The ideal candidate should have an outstanding ability to communicate with our clients, our attorneys and any callers or vendor that come through.

Responsibilities:

This position is to assist a law office with duties such as: answering calls, screening calls, administrative task, keeping up with the Outlook calendar, being the face of the firm by greeting clients, attorneys, as well as vendors, upkeep of the office, office task.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist experience recommended.

Administrative experience required.

Spanish speaking is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organization

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Ability to adapt and work well in high stress situations.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Highly motivated and organized individual
