• Execute the installation of conduit, pipes, and tubing to ensure seamless circuit completion between electrical boxes.

• Interpret complex blueprints and construction documents to determine the precise location of wiring and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair defective wiring and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic instruments.

• Wire critical panels and devices with high precision to meet project specifications and safety codes.

• Coordinate the layout of electrical wiring and fixtures to optimize efficiency and material usage on-site.

• Champion company safety policies by identifying potential hazards and advising leadership on mitigation strategies.

• Cultivate professional relationships through clear communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.

• 6+ years of professional experience in the electrical trade.

• Proven ability to operate a wide range of industry-standard hand and power tools.

• Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably in all weather conditions.

• Possession of a personal inventory of trade-specific tools and reliable transportation.

• Flexibility to travel within the Dayton and Cincinnati regional footprint.

• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.

• Current Fire Alarm License or Aerial Work Platform certification.

• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex electrical failures.

• Previous experience working in a family-oriented or collaborative team environment.
