At Heritage Federal Credit Union, our Call Center Agents play a vital role in delivering reliable, member-focused service through our Virtual Banking Center. This position supports members by responding to questions, assisting with routine transactions, and providing guidance through phone, chat, and video interactions.

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll help ensure each member experience is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care while following established credit union standards and procedures. Schedule highlights include no evening shifts or Sundays, with premium pay available for Saturday hours.
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.01

How You'll Support Our Members:

• Serve as a primary contact for members utilizing Virtual Banking Center services
• Address questions and concerns in a timely, courteous, and solution-focused manner
• Complete assigned call center and information center functions accurately
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to resolve member needs
• Follow established policies, procedures, and security standards
• Contribute to department operations through additional duties as assigned

Core Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to three years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and applications
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone and virtual interactions
