You will shape how the brand is expressed across every customer touchpoint, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and highly differentiated identity. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on creative direction, requiring both vision and executional depth. You will lead a multidisciplinary creative team spanning design, copy, and production while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and growth teams. • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns and always-on creative programs that strengthen market positioning and customer affinity.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing in-house creative team across design, copywriting, video, and emerging media formats.
  • Act as a player-coach by providing hands-on creative direction for key initiatives while mentoring and elevating team output and capability.
  • Own the evolution and governance of the visual identity system to ensure scalability, consistency, and differentiation across the organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Design to ensure unified storytelling across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to extend creative capacity and maintain high production standards.
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools and modern creative workflows to improve speed, experimentation, and output quality while preserving brand integrity.
  • Ensure creative work delivers measurable impact across awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and customer experience.
Requirements

This role requires extensive experience leading creative teams in high-growth, design-focused environments, along with strong strategic thinking and exceptional creative judgment. You will need a proven ability to connect brand storytelling to business outcomes and scale creative systems across multiple channels and formats. The ideal candidate combines visionary thinking with operational discipline and strong cross-functional leadership skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within SaaS, technology, or consumer lifestyle-oriented brands
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, campaign development, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms
  • Deep understanding of design systems, creative strategy, and modern brand development
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end concept development from insight through execution
  • Strong experience collaborating with marketing, product, and growth teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows and a forward-looking perspective on their application
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern creative management platforms
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, align, and elevate creative teams
  • Experience managing external agencies and production partners
  • Ability to balance bold creative thinking with structured execution and delivery discipline

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based variable compensation opportunities
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility in work location
  • Equity participation offering long-term growth potential
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Flexible paid time off policy
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
