Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, Indiana.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.
What we are offering:
- $17- $19/HR
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus,$100.00 a weekwhen on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- HVAC experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with on call and with snow removal
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
