Senior User Experience Designer - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer - REMOTE. This role is crucial in shaping the user experience for complex products and platforms. The designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive workflows and seamless interactions that align with both user needs and business objectives. A key focus will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that user-centric designs are implemented effectively throughout the development lifecycle. By conducting user research and usability testing, the designer will gather valuable insights that drive design decisions. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the user experience within a dynamic and expanding environment.
Accountabilities
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive, user-centered designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define future-state user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for development teams.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design choices.
  • Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate throughout the development lifecycle to maintain design fidelity.
  • Validate designs through stakeholder feedback to optimize design processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise applications.
  • Proven ability to create intuitive and scalable user interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work including research and design.
  • Deep knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
