In this high-impact role, you will lead the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for critical EHS product solutions, ensuring clarity and resonance with enterprise customers. You'll collaborate across multiple functions, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to drive strategic growth and enhance market positioning. Your ability to translate complex product features into compelling narratives will be essential as you work to elevate our partner's offerings. You'll have a significant role in shaping the future of impactful software solutions while being part of a mission-driven organization.
Accountabilities- Own positioning and messaging for EHS solutions, developing value propositions for targeted segments.
- Lead global go-to-market plans for new modules and features, focusing on pipeline growth.
- Evolve messaging from point solutions to a cohesive platform-oriented narrative.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap direction utilizing customer insights.
- Conduct win/loss interviews and voice-of-customer analysis to refine strategies.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with impactful content and training resources.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and successful launches.
- Represent the organization at webinars and industry forums as a subject matter expert.
- 8+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record in defining positioning and leading go-to-market strategies.
- Preferred experience in EHS or safety software.
- Ability to articulate complex product value to customers.
- Strong cross-functional influence within matrix organizations.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Sales teams in a high-growth environment.
- Certifications like Pragmatic Marketing or PMA are advantageous.
