Compensation:

$20 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to understand their needs and present our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads promptly to ensure a seamless sales process and build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, enhancing their experience with our brand.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, celebrate successes, and strategize on overcoming challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable feedback to the team and improve our offerings.
  • Research and identify new customers, new prospects, and new opportunities that will result in sales growth.
Qualifications:
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
