About This Position

Product Operations Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Operations Coordinator in France.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and streamline the product operations function for a rapidly scaling AI cloud platform. You will ensure that product initiatives move smoothly from concept to launch while maintaining alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing teams. By defining frameworks, rituals, and operational standards, you will make product launches predictable, roadmaps reliable, and cross-functional feedback actionable. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, supporting growth across regions and services. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organizational, communication, and process design skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating clarity across teams without owning product strategy.
Accountabilities:
  • Manage the product launch cadence, including readiness reviews, launch gates, and post-launch follow-ups
  • Maintain and evolve launch frameworks for new services, features, and regional rollouts
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure roadmaps remain accurate, consistent, and actionable for leadership and GTM teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional rituals and communication across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing
  • Ensure products are properly documented, staged, and sellable
  • Convert operational signals such as support issues, sales blockers, or capacity gaps into structured inputs for product planning
  • Continuously improve operational processes to scale as the platform grows
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or Product-related roles
  • Experience with complex B2B, SaaS, or cloud platforms
  • Strong process design skills and the ability to implement frameworks, cadences, and operational standards
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills to bring clarity across teams without owning the roadmap
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and driving structure amidst complexity
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple functional teams
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Flexible working arrangements and remote-first opportunities
  • Professional growth and career development within a high-growth AI and cloud environment
  • Dynamic, collaborative work culture that values initiative, innovation, and cross-functional teamwork
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and ML cloud technologies
  • Opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and scaling processes for a global platform
