Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for escalated accessional questions and issues.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers through open communication, follow-ups and timely problem resolution.
- Identify potential process concerns and work through them with accessorial stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to capture additional accessorial revenue.
- Analyze key factor reporting of detention measurements.
Skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Desire to become an expert in accessorial systems and processes.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.
