We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and platform solutions that meet complex business requirements. In this role, you will collaborate across IT, business units, and development teams to ensure architectural strategies are comprehensive, practical, and aligned with organizational goals. You will provide technical leadership, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Accountabilities:

Design and implement OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and PaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Provide strategic consultation on business processes, organizational structures, and enabling technologies to optimize enterprise solutions.
Maintain architectural integrity by connecting stakeholder perspectives, addressing conflicting requirements, and detailing trade-offs transparently.
Lead solution development across Compute, Storage, Networking, Integration Cloud, Autonomous Database, Analytics, and WebLogic platforms.
Support automation, performance tuning, health checks, and cost optimization for Oracle Cloud environments.
Oversee integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and data transformation tools, ensuring secure and compliant implementations.
Facilitate architecture reviews, technical walkthroughs, and cross-functional problem resolution.
Mentor peers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to enterprise architecture strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field; a Masters degree or industry certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT architecture or cloud solutions, preferably with Oracle Cloud expertise.
Strong hands-on knowledge of OCI services: Compute, Storage (Object/Block), Networking (VCNs, subnets, NSGs).
Expertise with Oracle PaaS offerings: OIC, ODI, IDCS, ADW/ATP, OAC, VBCS, APEX, WebLogic.
Experience in database administration, data integration, and scripting with Shell/Bash, Python, or Java.
Solid understanding of security, compliance, IAM policies, encryption, patching, and audit processes.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
