Clinical Research Coordinator at Arizona Gynecology Consultants – Phoenix, Arizona

We are a fast-paced, patient-centered women’s clinic committed to advancing women’s health through active participation in clinical research. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator to support participant recruitment and conduct study visits on a part-time basis.

Position Summary:

This role is focused specifically on screening, recruiting, consenting, and seeing study participants for ongoing clinical trials. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable working directly with patients in a busy clinical environment while maintaining strict attention to detail and protocol compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential participants for study eligibility
• Recruit and educate patients about available clinical trials
• Obtain informed consent in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements
• Schedule and conduct study visits per protocol guidelines
• Collect and accurately document study data and source documentation
• Maintain organized and complete participant records
• Coordinate closely with providers and clinic staff to facilitate recruitment
• Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB, and sponsor requirements during participant interactions
• Track recruitment efforts and enrollment progress
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Prior clinical research experience preferred
• Experience in women’s health preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of informed consent process and GCP guidelines
• Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• CRC certification preferred but not required
• GCP certified
• IATA certified

Schedule

• Part-time position (20-32 hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling within clinic hours

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
