About This Position

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide mentorship and training for nursing staff.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications * Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Proven experience in critical care or long-term care settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Epic.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience in utilization management is a plus.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
