Stay Hospitality is a fast-growing hospitality operator specializing in condo-hotel and short-term rental management across South Florida. We partner with individual unit owners and developers to maximize revenue through professional management, marketing, and operational excellence.
We are building a best-in-class sales engine focused on high-conversion, relationship-driven growth inside premier buildings across the region.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead this effort.
Role Overview
This is a revenue-producing role responsible for signing new management agreements with individual condo-hotel unit owners and vacation rental owners across South Florida.
You will own the pipeline from first conversation to signed agreement.
This is not an admin or account management role.
This is a hunter-closer position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Generating and converting new management agreements
- Converting inbound leads (owners requesting proposals)
- Proactively building pipeline within targeted condo-hotel buildings
- Developing referral relationships (realtors, mortgage brokers, developers)
- Hosting owner meetings and on-site presentations
- Tracking pipeline activity in CRM
- Negotiating agreements and closing deals
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Key KPI
Primary KPI:
- Gross Year-One Management Revenue Signed
Secondary KPIs:
- New units onboarded
- Close rate %
- Pipeline value
- Time-to-close (2–4 week average target)
Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Highly competitive

- Thick-skinned
- Comfortable in luxury real estate environments
- Able to operate independently
You have:
- 3+ years of sales experience (real estate, hospitality, or high-ticket services preferred)
- Experience managing a pipeline
- Strong in-person communication skills
- Local South Florida market familiarity
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000
- Commission: % of Year One Revenue Signed
- Uncapped earnings
- Opportunity to build and lead a sales team based on performance
High performers should expect to earn $120k–$200k+.
