Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Media
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for social, web, and marketing campaigns
• Produce and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Create promotional reels, event recaps, and branded storytelling pieces
• Maintain consistent visual and brand standards across all platforms
Social Media & Marketing
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan content calendars and execute posting schedules
• Engage with followers and build online community
• Track performance analytics and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate on promotions, partnerships, and influencer campaigns
Website & SEO
• Create and update website pages, promotions, and blog content
• Optimize site content for SEO and search rankings
• Improve online visibility and digital traffic
• Maintain consistent branding across digital assets
Events & Brand Presence
• Coordinate and support marketing for events, demos, and shows
• Capture live event content and real-time social coverage
• Represent the brand professionally at events and in the community
• Serve as an on-site brand ambassador/influencer (demo days, launches, rides, special events)
• Participate in riding events and motorcycle-related promotions when applicable
• Occasional travel required (including Hawaii and other locations)

Qualifications
• Experience in content creation, marketing, or social media management
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Website building/management experience (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with customers
• Strong organizational and event coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Motorcycle riding experience strongly preferred
• Valid motorcycle endorsement/license is a plus

Preferred
• Influencer or brand ambassador experience
• Experience in powersports, motorcycle, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
• Graphic design skills
• Paid ads experience (Meta/Google)
