This role blends sales, customer service, and property operations, making it perfect for someone who loves closing deals while delivering standout service.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines of our communities—connecting with prospects, supporting residents, and driving leasing success.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively generate leasing leads through:

  • Cold calling

  • Community outreach

  • Direct marketing and literature distribution

• Conduct engaging property tours and follow up with prospective residents

• Lease and pre-lease apartment homes, including completing all required legal documentation

• Partner with the Property Manager to meet rental targets and occupancy goals

• Address resident questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

• Stay informed on market trends and competing properties

• Maintain accurate records and data in leasing and CRM systems

• Apply Federal and State Fair Housing regulations consistently and correctly

Experience & Education

• 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience (customer service experience strongly valued)

• High School diploma or equivalent required
