Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in preparing cases for trial, provide administrative assistance, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Draft and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience & Skills:

- Must have prior paralegal work experience in legal field. Insurance defense work is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Excellent research, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience with project management techniques and tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
