  • Design stormwater and utility infrastructure for aviation facilities
  • Learn FAA standards and federal/state regulations
  • Collaborate with senior engineers who will mentor you through complex challenges
  • Participate in quality control reviews and learn RS&H's design standards

Connect & Grow

  • Occasional travel (<15%) to visit project sites and meet with clients

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Critical thinking skills and willingness to ask questions when you don't understand
  • Team-oriented mindset – you thrive in collaborative environments
  • Eagerness to learn new software platforms like AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Strongly Preferred

  • EIT/EI certification or commitment to complete within 6 months of hire
  • Coursework or internship experience in transportation, geotechnical, or civil infrastructure
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software

What Makes You Stand Out

  • You triple-check your work before submitting—precision matters in aviation design
