Plant Cultivation Lead
📍 Spokane Valley, WA
💲 $19.63/hour
🕔 Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Love working with plants and leading a team? This hands-on role puts you at the center of a fast-paced cultivation environment where quality, teamwork, and growth (literally) matter.

As a Plant Cultivation Lead, you’ll help oversee the daily care, health, and appearance of plants while guiding and supporting the cultivation crew. You’ll play a key role in keeping grow rooms clean, organized, and running smoothly—while partnering with management on operations, scheduling, and team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor plant health, watering, pruning, and overall appearance

  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grow facility

  • Set up and prepare new grow rooms

  • Lead, coach, and support cultivation team members

  • Assign daily tasks and answer team questions

  • Communicate with leadership using email and online tools

  • Assist with research and development projects

  • Help uphold company standards and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

  • 6+ months of plant or agriculture experience preferred

  • Comfortable using computers and basic software

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable

  • Able to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
