Key ResponsibilitiesOversee full project lifecycle for commercial roofing jobs, from pre-construction through close-out
Create, manage, and update project schedules and budgets
Coordinate labor, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve field issues
Document job progress and changes; maintain accurate project files
Lead problem-solving efforts in dynamic field conditions
Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
5+ years of experience in construction; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiarity with roofing systems, terminology, and construction sequencing
Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites as needed
