Position Description
Job Summary:
The Bridge Laborer is an essential asset to the bridge crew. The Bridge laborer is responsible for assisting co-workers and supervisors with manual labor tasks. This crew is primarily working at different heights throughout the entirety of their shift. Crews may find themselves working over water or land.
Job Duties:
- Loads, transports, and unloads tools, equipment and supplies required for projects.
- Assist in smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls slabs and sitework.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment.
- Climb ladders and scaffolding when necessary to reach bridge heights.
- Ensure company standards are followed.

- Prior knowledge and experience in heavy highway bridge work preferred.
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must have a flexible work schedule when necessary.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must pass drug screen and physical.
- Must comply with criminal background check.
