About This Position
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing commercial and industrial HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
- Install commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, ventilation systems, and related components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to execute installations
- Assemble and install ductwork, piping, controls, and system accessories
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on jobsite schedules and requirements
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition
- Complete jobsite documentation, installation reports, and commissioning paperwork
- Communicate project updates, issues, and material needs to supervisors
- Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively on jobsites
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
- Respond to installation adjustments or warranty-related follow-ups as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school or HVAC technical training preferred
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
