Are you energized by fast-paced environments and love providing excellent service? As a Customer Service team member, you'll be on the front lines, managing multiple phone lines, assisting families, and creating lasting impressions every day. You'll need top-notch customer service and sales skills to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and in-person interactions while keeping everything organized and professional.
You'll build relationships with families through personal attention during student check-ins, relaying account messages, giving tours, and answering questions. You'll also work closely with fellow staff, staying calm, focused, and efficient during busy periods at the front desk.
We're looking for someone warm, welcoming, highly organized, dependable, and proactive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. During your shifts, you'll report to the Office Manager or Admin Manager and support the team wherever needed.

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
- Keep track of logs under Goggle Drive
- Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person.
- Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions.
- Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.
- Complete required training and be a continual learner.
- Follow our systems with a focus on follow through and details.
- Smile and have fun during your entire shift.
