American Wood Fibers (AWF) is a leading manufacturer of consumer and industrial wood-fiber products serving retail, pet, agricultural, and industrial markets throughout North America. We are currently seeking a candidate for the Accountant II role at our Schofield,WI facility or our Pella, IA facility. This position reports to the CFO/Vice President of Finance and supports multi-site accounting operations and financial reporting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Accountant II performs professional-level accounting work requiring independent judgment, technical knowledge, and analytical ability. This role supports financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and operational analysis while assisting accounting leadership and site teams.
