The Accounting Manager will collaborate closely with existing staff in a variety of areas including monthly close, financial statement oversight, system conversions, and other business management support.

Essential Functions:

Manage a team of senior and staff accountants
Manage the month-end close for multiple domestic businesses
Manage IFRS lease accounting
Manage intercompany reconciliation process
Manage reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts
Coordinate with FP&A to ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Coordinate with external auditors for the year-end financial audit
Support treasury activities and banking compliance
Support and analysis of new business acquisitions
Support for new system conversions (operational or financial)
Ad-hoc financial analysis and assist on special projects with the CFO & Controller
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Interact with operational management and report to upper management on a consistent basis
Schedule; Monday - Friday; 9a - 5p (flexible)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (mandatory)
5+ years relevant accounting experience
Large company experience preferred along with leading a month-end close
SAP or equivalent large ERP experience
