Quarry Heavy Equipment Operator – Rock Crushing & Mining at Rock Pros USA – Avra Valley, Arizona

Rock Pros, a leader in surface mining, rock crushing, and decorative landscape materials, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator II for our Silver Bell quarry. If you have proven experience operating haul trucks, front end loaders, and skid steers, and want to join a hands-on, safety-focused team, we want to hear from you!

This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success. Rock crushing experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate haul trucks, front end loaders, and skid steers in a rock quarry and surface mining environment.
• Perform basic plant maintenance, including equipment lubrication, inspections, and cleaning.
• Assist with rock crushing operations and production workflow.
• Collaborate with other operators to maintain efficient equipment utilization and meet production goals.
• Maintain strict adherence to MSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding equipment status and production updates.
